Payments and Refunds
Premium credits, share upgrades, download upgrades, and related paid digital features are digital goods purchased through a third-party payment processor. All purchases are subject to the terms in this section and the Refund Policy.
Credits and paid digital features are issued to your account or made available after confirmed payment. A credit may entitle you to create a premium share link, access a paid download option, or use another paid feature described at checkout.
Single paid credits are refundable within 7 days of purchase only if unused. Bundle purchases are refundable within 7 days only if none of the credits in the bundle have been used. Free or trial credits have no monetary value and are not refundable or transferable.
If a paid credit is deducted but the paid feature is not delivered because of a confirmed technical error on our side, contact us through the support method available on digitalloveletter.com and we will review the case.
If you are located in the European Union, you acknowledge that by initiating delivery of digital content, you agree that the right of withdrawal no longer applies once credits or paid digital features have been issued to your account.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on digitalloveletter.com and update the effective date on this page.
Your continued use of the service after an update becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms.
