Premium Credits and Paid Digital Features
Premium credits, share upgrades, download upgrades, and related paid digital features on digitalloveletter.com are digital goods.
- Single credits or single paid upgrades are refundable within 7 days of purchase if unused.
- Bundle purchases are refundable within 7 days only if no credit or paid feature in the bundle has been used.
- Once any credit in a bundle has been used to create a share link, generate a paid output, or unlock a paid feature, the entire bundle becomes non-refundable.
- Free credits, promotional credits, and trial credits have no monetary value and are not refundable or transferable.
Section 2
How to Request a Refund
Use the support or contact method made available on digitalloveletter.com and include the subject line Refund Request.
Include your account email, approximate purchase date, order or checkout reference if available, and a brief explanation of the issue.
We aim to review refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method, and the time for funds to appear depends on your payment provider.
Section 3
Technical Issues
If a paid credit was deducted but no share link, paid download, or paid digital feature was delivered because of a confirmed technical failure on our side, contact us and we will review the case.
A temporary outage, slow network, unsupported browser, user-side upload problem, or accidental purchase does not automatically qualify for a refund unless the paid credit or feature remains unused and the request is made within the refund window.
Section 4
Non-Refundable Situations
- Used credits, published premium share links, completed paid downloads, and delivered paid digital features are non-refundable.
- Refunds are not provided for personal preference after a digital love letter has been generated, shared, downloaded, or otherwise delivered.
- Refunds are not provided for content removed or restricted because it violates the Terms of Service or applicable law.
- Refunds are not provided for free, trial, promotional, or gifted credits.

EU Users
By purchasing credits or paid digital features, EU users acknowledge that delivery of digital content begins immediately and the right of withdrawal is waived once credits or paid features have been issued to the account.
